Vegetarianism - a deceit about fiber?

Vegetarianism Add comments

In 50th years the scientists classified meat fibers, as fibers of “the first class”, and vegetative fibers - as “the second class”. However this suggestion has been completely denied, as researches have shown, that vegetative fibers as well and effective as meat ones.
The content of fiber in vegetarian products vary from 8-12 % in grain cereals, up to 40 % in soybeans that is twice more, than in meat. Even the low-fat part of beefsteak contains 20 % of acquired fiber. And many nuts, sunflower seeds and bean contain 30 % of fiber.
Fibers which are necessary for us, consist of 8 “basic” amino acids. So, the food value of meat is often extolled because of containing all 8 amino acids. But here about what the most of people eating meat does not suspect: meat is not the unique product containing a full set of necessary amino acids - soybeans and milk, for example, also contain all these substances, all 8 amino acids necessary to us in the best proportion.
There is one more calming fact, that fibers necessary for us, can be received by a simple combination of two vegetarian products such, as rice and bean, and thus is completely satisfied the need in fibers of the highest quality. Poor people all over the world do it constantly; they mix rice with a tofu and beans, as in China or India, or corn with beans, as in Central and South America and etc.
In 1972 Dr. Frederik Star from the Harward University has undertaken extensive researches of vegetarians - including adult men and women, pregnant women, and also girls and the young man. He has found out, that all groups of investigated vegetarians received more than double norm of necessary fiber.
In 1954 in Harward, the scientists have carried out a detailed research and have found, that various vegetables, cereals and dairy products are used in any combinations, they satisfy the need in all necessary fibers; it was impossible to find out the lack of fibers in ever of used combinations.
The scientists have come to conclusion, that it is very difficult to make a vegetarian dinner such way that it doesn’t comprise some necessary fibers!
Today, in newspapers we often read about the exhausted people who starve and die of lack of fiber, and we accuse of it a vegetarian diet. But scientists have found out, that these people are exhausted not because they do not eat some meat, but because of not receiving necessary food.
By the way, the diet consisting only from rice, which is often in lack, or only from a sweet potato, really leads to exhaustion and premature death. From the other side, we meet strong, healthy and succeeding people in those places where vegetarians receive sufficient quantity vegetarian feed, including various vegetables, cereals and bean.

We have been simply forced to believe that meat in food is necessary for health…
