Among everything, that we have got used to call nuts, a true nut is only hazel (a wood nut or a filbert). All nuts contain vitamins A, Е and groups B, and also cilium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.
The nuts are rich with valuable fibers, but remember: to provide itself with nut fibers, it is necessary within day to eat nuts of the most different kinds. Nutlets deliver in an organism nonsaturated fat acids omega-3, omega-6, omega-9. They comprise a lot of cellulose which is the most reliable “cleaner” for intestines.
Minuses of nuts: high caloric content and artfully carrying away taste. If you eat a lot of nuts you risk to increase your liver besides nuts cause a rather serious allergy: allergenic may feel bad even from one crumb in ice-cream. Nuts are hard digested, and in case of problems with a fatty exchange and a liver they in general are counter-indicative.
For the best mastering nuts need to be slightly roasted - and to chew good! To not feed up from nuts, it is necessary to calculate its limit. 20-30 gr. nuts in a small bag (about 120-140 kcal) is just a snack. And 60 gr. (400 kcal) – is already a full dinner. And over 100 gr. nuts for once is not acquired at all.
So within day we shall afford no more than 30 gr. of nuts, for those who decided to grow thin will suffice 15-20 gr. And we shall eat them in the first half of day! If you have taken a great interest and eat twice more, the following two days try to avoid nuts in general. Also do not combine nuts with other albuminous food (meat, dairy products).
Choosing nuts in a shell, take that which are more hard and do not jingle if them to shake. There should not be cracks and holes on them. Be afraid of moldy peanut - it can cause heavy diseases.
Moldy nuts are dangerous: they have neither taste, nor a smell, and they are capable to provoke development of cancer diseases. Therefore, if, having split a nut, you sweep up above it some pollen, throw out it without any hesitating.
