The use of food more fiber during the first trimester of pregnancy reduces the risk of developing preeclampsia-potentially dangerous for the life, characterized by increased blood pressure.
The consumption of large quantities of fiber has no side effects and contraindications, said gynecologist Jennifer Wu from the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, USA.
